Inspired by one of my favorite food blogs, Caro Chambers’ “What to Cook When You Don’t Feel Like Cooking,” comes my version: How to Move When You Don’t Feel Like Moving. On days when my body knows a workout will make me feel better, but my mood/mind/energy level aren’t quite on board, I turn on a great playlist, get my body moving, and take it one song at a time. In this sculpt class, we’ll follow the same movement for one song, so you can decide after each song if you’ve hit your limit or you’re up for one more.
