Sculpt Flow: Right Into It

The physical stuff: we start seated with a spine warm up, core and arms. We’ve got a couple of cardio moments here, lots of twisy elbow-to-knee crunches, and some lunging.

The talking stuff: no major talk, quote, or theme. We’ll focus on moving the physical body, and see what wants to move with it.
